The video opens with a couple of pre-teen girls around who are hardcore fans of the band — wearing their t-shirts; their posters all around, stuffing envelopes for the fan-club newsletter, &c. They bop around to the song and are having a grand old time. On their (official band) calendar, they see that tonight is the day of the big show.

They go to the band and have an enjoyable time and wait afterwards. It is clear that a lot of time passes and just as they’re about to give up, the band comes out. They rush up to them and start gushing over the band. The band, however are cruel and abusive, even pushing one of the girls in the face and laughing about it. We cut to a closeup on one of the girls as a tear rolls down her cheek.

Cut back to their room, where they’re in the process of de-banding the room. They tear down the posters, wad them up and throw them in the trash. They take off their Band Shirts and underneath there is a shirt that is Anti-Band, something like their logo with a big NO sign through it; perhaps pictures of the band that have been defaced with devil horns/moustaches/etc. They push the pile of fan-club envelopes into a waiting wastebasket.

The video ends as they put up posters/banners/etc. of dead composers like Stravinsky or Varese who cannot hurt them.
