Hey, Does Anyone Remember This Weird Kids Show?

I’ve been recently thinking about this weird kids show I used to see occasionally. I totally can’t find any information about it online so I figured I’d post here. I don’t remember too much about it other than just bits and pieces, I must have been really young, I guess.

Anyway, so some of it is animated and some of it is live-action, which makes it hard to remember how it all fit together. There was a puppet, and a man, and in the bit I remember the man is just pouring ants on the puppet and screaming “ANTS! ANTS! ANTS!” over and over for what seemed like three hours.

Another bit I remember was a dog. Just a dog. He was a big, brown dog, and he just lied there sleeping. I liked the dog.

There was this one cartoon where an animated puppet poured cartoon ants on a cartoon man, while shouting “ANTS! ANTS! ANTS!,” but then it was interrupted by the live-action man shouting “ANTS! ANTS! ANTS!”

Then the dog raised his head, rolled over and went back to sleep. That was super cute.

In another episode, it featured a couple of ants. A red ant and a black ant. The ants stood there until the black ant poured a can of ants over the red ant and screamed “ANTS! ANTS! ANTS!”

After that, they went to a segment of The Bloodhound Gang. Oh, wait! Of course, it was that one episode of 3-2-1 Contact about entomology. I knew it would hit me sooner or later. I wonder why nothing came up when I googled. Oh well, I’m glad I solved that mystery.

That show was awesome. Almost as good as that one Square One TV episode where they learned about ants.
