I suppose by now a lot of you have seen this — probably on the TV even! But in case you haven’t, Stephen Colbert does a really great piece on Ref. 71 in general and the possible release of the petition signatures. Check it out:

The Reject R-71 site has some other ads which are all pretty hilarious. Or, at least would be if they weren’t potentially taking rights away from others.
It’s true how terrible gay marriage in Europe is – I live in Dublin now, where there’s a civil partnership bill coming in (supposedly) before the end of the year, and I’m already being punished for living in such an irreligious land: I’m not allowed to view the Stephen Colbert video, but I *can* see that crazy advert! Forgive me, lord!
