Oh, how are you doing today? I’m OK, can’t really complain. Seem to be having a minor myocardial infarction — nothing too big. My left arm has gone numb, but that’s OK. Nothing too awfully bad — I’m right handed anyway. Hey, I can’t feel how my watchband pinches so that works out, am I right? My chest feels a little tight, but it could just be my sweater — I think it’s shrunk a little in the wash, or at least that’s what I tell my wife, heh heh. Having a little bit of a difficult time breathing, too — heh, breathin’ hard or hardly breathin’? But you know, just listen to me, a bundle of complaints, how are you doing?
Oh, uh-huh? Uh-huh? Sounds just like me and my lightheadedness — sure takes me back to my younger days. Sort of a pleasant, floating feeling. I’m enjoying it. Could do without this sweatiness, though… but hey, makes people think I’ve been working out! Maybe I should get one of those sweatbands, help complete the effect!

Whoop, excuse me — bit more of me than you probably needed to see, but, hey, I’ve always said, you gotta let everything out… sometimes more literally than others! Sorry, though — just send me the bill for the dry-cleaning, and we’ll call it even, does that sound good? Anyway, though, I probably shouldn’t keep you — I know you’re busy, so you should go on your way. I think I’ll just mosey along to the hospital, but we’ll have to do this again sometime! It was great to see you!
